Mary Lean is a writer, editor and spiritual director, living in south-east England. She co-edited Initiative of Change's international magazine, For A Change, from 1987 to 2006. She is married to John Bond.

Mike Lowe is the editor of the global website of Initiatives of Change. His varied career has included teaching English in Poland, running training programs for young leaders in Eastern Europe (www.f-4-f.org), working in psychiatric hospitals and developing a 'Discover the Other' program. He currently lives in Melbourne Australia.

Michael Smith is a freelance journalist working with Initiatives of Change, a former editor of For A Change magazine, and joint co-ordinator, UK, Caux Initiatives for Business.

Jean Brown is British born, now married to an Australian and based in South Australia. She is particularly engaged in running programmes for young people in Australia and Asia.

Robert Webb is a former columnist and editorial writer with the ‘Cincinnati Enquirer’

Michael Henderson is a journalist, broadcaster and author of nine books including Forgiveness: Breaking the Chain of Hate. He recently returned to his native England after 22 years in the USA.

Laura Boobbyer has worked on For A Change magazine, and before that edited the youth publication 'Global Express' for many years.

Rajmohan Gandhi, a grandson of the Mahatma, is a professor, journalist and former Indian politician

Hennie de Pous-de Jonge, from the Netherlands, works with IofC and is actively involved in interreligious and intercultural dialogue, and in peace building initiatives.

Antoine Jaulmes is an engineer with PSA Peugeot Citroën in Paris. His wife is Dutch and and they are both involved in the work of IofC.

Mike Brown, a member of the International Council of IofC, is writer/ trainer from Australia, currently living India. An member of the original National Sorry Day Committee, he has long been involved in the reconciliation movement.

John Bond has worked with Initiatives of Change on several continents. In the past decade he has given leadership in nation-wide community initiatives aimed at healing the harm done by tragically misguided policies towards Aboriginal Australians. In 2007 he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the community through the activities of the National Sorry Day Committee. In 2008 he married Mary Lean and moved to Britain.

Andrew Stallybrass, a British writer and publisher, lives in Geneva with his Swiss wife.
